Correctional Food Service Supervisor
Clinton County IL Detention Center
Full-Time | PTO + 401(k) + ESOP + Benefits
Pay-$20-$21 an hour
We are seeking motivated and dependable individual to join our team as Food Service Supervisor at the Clinton County Detention Center. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in food service operations.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, food prep, and meal service
  • Supervise kitchen staff and inmate workers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain organized, efficient kitchen workflows
  • Follow facility safety and security procedures

Qualifications
