Perform complex financial and business-related analysis, data manipulation and forecast preparation for Academic Affairs department, including internal and external grants, endowments, strategic projects and institutional funds. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
Provide guidance on MCW financial policies to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for monthly financial reporting.
Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
Oversee completion of special projects as assigned.
Participates in department and MCW workgroups, committees and specific project groups as assigned.

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or budgeting
Preferred Education: Degree in finance, accounting, or business.
Preferred Experience: Experience in higher education
