Customer Service Representative (SAP)
Milwaukee Area | Onsite
Contract Assignment - Minimum 2 Months | Potential for Extension or Hire (Not Guaranteed)
Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional with strong SAP experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support? Our client with an amazing culture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order management, customer communications, shipment coordination, and account maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an onsite contract opportunity expected to last at least two months, with the possibility of extension or hire based on business needs and performance.
What You'll Do
  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
  • Receive and process customer orders, verify pricing, and ensure timely completion
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, shipments, and order status
  • Process returns and credits in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure accurate information in SAP and related systems
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Quality, Logistics, and Technical Services teams
  • Assist with inventory coordination and product flow activities
  • Manage customer complaints and enter documentation into Salesforce for follow-up
  • Coordinate shipment scheduling and tracking activities
  • Support export documentation and international shipment processing
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer service, order management, supply chain, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working within an ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with various departments
  • Supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Schedule
  • Onsite position
  • Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
  • Standard business hours after start time
