Client Services Representative - Marshfield, WI

SUMMARY STATEMENT


As a Client Service Representative, you will provide effective communication and problem solving to client inquiries in a positive manner and promptly respond to client requests and elevate to qualified staff if unable to reach resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining client database information and performing data entry procedures as required with impeccable attention to detail and remarkable accuracy.


Our ideal candidate would be client satisfaction focused and a strong willingness to learn. This position is 100% in office at our Marshfield, WI location. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week.


Responsibilities

  • Provide laboratory reception service.
    • Promptly answer phone calls in a friendly manner.
    • Assist walk in clients by receiving samples and/or providing requested supplies.
  • Respond to client questions, comments and concerns.
    • Communicate relevant client information to management and sales staff as needed.
    • Provide support to website services.
  • Establish new accounts and maintain client database in LIMS and financial software.
  • Perform data entry procedures as required ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Provide entry of sample information into LIMS software.
    • Perform corrections of data entry errors in LIMS software.
  • Be responsible for mailing and shipping functions.
    • Prepare reports of analysis to be mailed. Transport to post office for delivery.
    • Prepare supplies to be shipped. Arrange for delivery with the most cost-effective supplier while meeting expected arrival times.
  • Back up to the office manager.
  • Promote and adhere to safety in the workplace.
