Established community association (condo/HOA law) firm that offers a tremendous opportunity for long term advancement and professional development opportunities is excited to add a client services representative to our dynamic and engaging Wisconsin office that offers a tremendous opportunity to begin or continue a career in the legal field, with long term advancement and professional development opportunities. The client services representative interacts with clients, as well as attorneys and staff within the Firm. Position Description:

Answering correspondence, deliveries, and phone calls

Format, revise, and finalize correspondence

Practice management software data entry and management

Timely and effectively manage calendar for multiple people

Help with the preparation of documents using Microsoft Office Suite

Attend and help administer client seminars

Assist with Firm event planning

Assist with team projects


Requirements:

Optimum Skills:

Must contain excellent skills in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create an automatic outline, print mailing labels, and insert/format multiple columns

Excellent personal skills

Must be available weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm for in-office work. An occasional week night or weekend may be required.

Prior work experience required - must demonstrate dedication and hard work

Most recent cumulative grade point average must be 3.0 or higher

High school diploma required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required


Ability to work high volume under pressure while still demonstrating excellent personal skills
