We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in data entry and customer service.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to learn every stage of the equipment finance lifecycle, supporting transactions from initial application through funding. Sales Associates gain hands-on experience by partnering directly with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Operations, Credit, and Risk teams, providing a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and creating a strong foundation for future career growth within the organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Review credit applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation, following up as needed to obtain missing information.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to resolve application questions and facilitate timely processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers by responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate Operations team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 50,000 USD per year (Headquarters)
