POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Order Entry Associate will strive to process complete and accurate Consumer and Corporate Sales Orders. Other responsibilities include communicating with internal Order Processing Leadership for work and asking questions to accurately process the orders they are working on with the ability to receive feedback as needed. Flexibility and multi-tasking are a must in this fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management.

  • Provide timely and accurate handling of both Consumer and Corporate Sales Orders.
  • Position requires flexibility and will be utilized in many different areas.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week along with overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must meet or exceed the performance standards set by your base department.
  • A flexible, positive "can do" attitude is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in order to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to meet changing business requirements and to effectively perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
