Awesome Opportunity: Project Manager

Hey There! This a unique opportunity with unusual growth potential and the ability to work with some very interesting people. We are looking for a creative, self-driven and reliable Project Manager who will manage multiple projects for a successful serial entrepreneur. Projects vary in type, but are typically website or app-related.

Duties include achieving the goals of each initiative on time and within scope.

You should have some background in business, management or great natural problem-solving skills.

You should be able to be very flexible and open-minded in all aspects: who you work with, the tools you use, your approach to work and even the way you go about getting things done.

Project Manager responsibilities are:
  • Validate ideas using MVPs and lean product development principles.

  • For validated ideas, you determine goals with the product manager and then develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

  • Organize and coordinate all virtual team members and third parties/vendors for the execution of each project.

  • Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within scope and within budget.

  • Allocate resource and ensure their skills and availability.

  • Prepare a detailed project plan/board to track progress.

  • Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

  • Prepare reports and present them to the founder.

  • Build and maintain relationships with necessary contractors and 3rd-parties.

Project Manager requirements are:
  • 2+ years experience of working on mobile related projects.

  • Significant experience in software development & web technologies.

  • Excellent communication & creative problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
