Role :Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack | Azure)

Location:  1100 North Market Street Wilmington DE 19801

Duration : 12 month possible extensions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET Full Stack development to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Microsoft Azure, along with a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core.

Build scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs and web services.

Design and optimize database schemas, data models, stored procedures, and SQL queries.

Develop and deploy cloud-native applications and services on Microsoft Azure.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices for application deployment.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following SOLID principles and design patterns.

Perform unit testing using TDD methodologies and ensure high code quality.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while optimizing application performance.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development using C#/.NET Core.

Strong experience with Angular (Angular 10+ preferred).

Hands-on experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning.

Experience with Entity Framework Core and data modeling.

Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

Solid understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
