Job description

Job Description
  • Coordinate and execute all entertainment offerings in accordance with regulatory approvals

  • Partner with the Events & Promotions team to execute events, promotions, and entertainment initiatives

  • Maintain awareness of the entertainment budget while planning and executing programs

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to arrange food & beverage, décor, entertainment, gifts, and supplies

  • Accurately track entertainment expenses and prepare reports for analysis

  • Supervise on-call Promotions Representatives as needed

  • Ensure all music licensing requirements are current and compliant

  • Assist with Virginia Gaming Control Board submissions and execute programs within approved guidelines

  • Maintain records, reporting tools, and performance tracking for entertainment initiatives

  • Execute engaging programs that meet departmental expectations and enhance guest experience

  • Effectively communicate entertainment details across the property

  • Coordinate support from departments to ensure successful execution and awareness of events

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain confidentiality of promotional assets, guest information, and departmental records

  • Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Support measurement of success including execution quality and profitability of entertainment programs

  • Work with Purchasing to secure vendors that provide quality services at competitive pricing

  • Ensure compliance with Virginia Gaming regulations and internal controls

  • Support development and execution of Group Bus programs, including planning, tracking, and guest experience

  • Partner with Planning & Analysis to evaluate performance and improve execution strategies

  • Ensure effective interdepartmental communication related to Group Bus activity

  • Assist with development and implementation of Group Bus packages

  • Support departmental budget tracking and cost awareness

  • Partner with Caesars Rewards to ensure exceptional guest interactions

Responsibilities
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English

  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke

  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Must be able to handle high-volume operations and sensitive guest/team member situations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

  • Must have manual dexterity to operate office equipment

  • Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions

  • Must be able to maneuver throughout the office and property

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds

  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and perform job-related physical duties

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in gaming or hospitality preferred

  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent guest service in all situations
