Description of Primary Duties
  • Assist with preventative and planned custodial work
  • Assist with restocking bathrooms with paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other products
  • Assist with setting tables, chairs, and pipe and drape for events
  • Remove and take out trash in facilities
  • Clean and mop floors
  • Unclog sinks, stools, and urinals
  • Clean toilets, shower drains, and sinks
  • Evaluate and track custodial needs and prioritize when needed
  • Maintain custodial storage areas and all custodial supplies (clean, orderly, etc.)
  • Organization skills to keep parts stocked and sorted
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • This position could occasionally be required to work nights or weekends as part of various athletic and entertainment events that require additional needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Preference in basic cleaning and setup skills.
  • Good Communication, public relations, and customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently enough to understand verbal and written instruction
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time, and climb ladders/stairs
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Prioritize time and tasks to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
