We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sports & Live Entertainment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning travel centered around sporting events, concerts, theater performances, festivals, and other live entertainment experiences. You'll research destinations, coordinate accommodations, organize itineraries, and help ensure every trip is planned with accuracy and exceptional customer service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, hospitality, live events, and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research travel options, hotels, transportation, and live entertainment experiences based on client preferences
  • Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries
  • Coordinate accommodations and travel logistics for sporting events, concerts, theater productions, and festivals
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel details and answer general inquiries
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
