Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant
Full time, United States
The travel consultant performs high touch service excellence to key client travelers and is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). Including some after-hours support as needed.
As a Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will
  • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to efficiently manage and complete travel requests.
  • Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
  • Provide expert travel consultation and recommendations aligned with client travel policies.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the media and entertainment industry to support traveler needs.
  • Respond accurately and thoroughly to customer requests.
  • Interpret and apply travel supplier rules, policies, and regulations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, travel requirements, and supplier updates.
  • Advise travelers on fare options, exchange fees, penalties, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with travel compliance requirements, including DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.
  • Support BCD Travel initiatives and client-driven programs and objectives.

About you
  • Experience in the corporate travel management industry. (Preferably experience in travel entertainment)
  • Experience using Sabre GDS in a professional travel management environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to provide professional customer service and travel consultation.
  • Must be flexible with time as it could be EST or PST time zones.
