Job Description
Join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests! As an Entertainment Associate, you'll operate and maintain attractions including our laser tag arena, arcade games, and bowling lanes. You'll assist guests, explain game rules, ensure equipment is functioning properly, and keep the area clean and fun for everyone.
  • Perform a variety of cross-trained duties to support the operation of laser tag, arcade/redemption, concessions, and bowling areas.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle money responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and needs in a helpful and accommodating manner.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team under the guidance of management, following direction and supporting overall operations.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
  • Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Availability: Weekday evenings and weekends required
