Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service while following operational policies and procedures.
  • While working at the concession stand a floor staff member sells and prepares concession items; handle cash and alternative payment methods; maintains cleanliness of the stand and stocks items as necessary.
  • While working in the box office a floor staff member sells admission tickets; answer the telephone; handle cash and alternative payment methods
  • While working as a usher or door person a floor staff will tear tickets and direct customers to the proper auditorium; clean auditoriums between shows; take garbage to the dumpster/receptacle area; keep the lobby and restrooms clean; perform "walk throughs" to monitor presentation and customer behavior and perform opening and closing duties.
  • Communicate in a timely manner all problems, questions, and concerns to the management team.
  • Participate in the effective use of job checklists.
  • Assist with special events/screenings or any trade or press screenings.
  • Standard floor staff schedule is 15 - 39 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
