Job Description:
The Lead Entertainment Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing live entertainment and concert production events. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality event experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings hands-on knowledge of production systems, crew management, and event execution.
*Oversee and ensure successful execution of all live entertainment and concert production events.
*Lead, supervise, and coordinate event crews, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance.
*Perform testing, maintenance, and safety inspections on all production equipment.
*Install and manage entertainment electrical distribution systems.
*Set up, program, and operate lighting systems, including effects and moving lights.
*Set up, test, and adjust audio systems before and during events to ensure optimal performance.
*Operate and manage video walls and associated visual systems.
*Lead the construction and breakdown of stage designs and production setups.
*Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technical production equipment.
*Prepare and manage equipment lists, ensuring all gear is pulled, prepped, and event-ready.
*Participate in site surveys to determine technical requirements for productions and installations.
*Maintain accurate documentation, including checklists, reports, and equipment logs.
*Perform additional duties as assigned.
