Description of Primary Duties
- Assist with preventative and planned custodial work
- Assist with restocking bathrooms with paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other products
- Assist with setting tables, chairs, and pipe and drape for events
- Remove and take out trash in facilities
- Clean and mop floors
- Unclog sinks, stools, and urinals
- Clean toilets, shower drains, and sinks
- Evaluate and track custodial needs and prioritize when needed
- Maintain custodial storage areas and all custodial supplies (clean, orderly, etc.)
- Organization skills to keep parts stocked and sorted
- Other duties, as assigned
- This position could occasionally be required to work nights or weekends as part of various athletic and entertainment events that require additional needs.
Required Qualifications
- Preference in basic cleaning and setup skills.
- Good Communication, public relations, and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently enough to understand verbal and written instruction
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time, and climb ladders/stairs
- Ability to work as a team
- Prioritize time and tasks to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
