Job description

Are you interested in enterprise risk management? Fisher Investments is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Data Management and Reporting Senior Analyst to help support all programs across the ERM group. At Fisher Investments, your risk expertise will allow you to contribute to improvements in oversight and governance that lead to better transparency across the firm.

The Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Data Management and Reporting Senior Analyst, you will work to support all programs across the ERM group. Reporting to the AVP of Enterprise Risk Operations, you will work to continue the development and execution of the firm's enterprise risk management framework and monitoring program through data analysis.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead development of new program initiatives and/or drives maturation efforts for existing initiatives
  • Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Collect and analyze nuanced qualitative and quantitative data to support the identification and communication of risk
  • Design, create, track, and report risk and production-related metrics for job-related activities
  • Design, create, develop, and deliver risk-focused reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Navigate ambiguous and complex scenarios to deliver risk-related insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain documentation for newly developed processes and material changes to existing processes

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Five or more years’ experience with data management and visualization
  • Project management and/or risk management experience preferred
  • Experience managing databases and transforming data to support clear and reliable reporting
