Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Engineering, Manufacturing, Cloud Operations, Site Leadership, and Executive Stakeholders to align recovery strategies with business requirements, regulatory obligations, and cyber resilience objectives.

  • Drive enterprise readiness against operational disruptions, cyber attacks, ransomware events, infrastructure failures, and natural disasters through governance, metrics, testing, and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to AI-enabled resilience initiatives by applying automation, analytics, and workflow technologies to improve resilience program effectiveness and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 8+ years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, information security, infrastructure operations, cyber resilience, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise resilience, recovery, or risk management programs.

  • Strong hands-on experience leading enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), Cyber Resilience, or Infrastructure Resilience programs.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing disaster recovery exercises, recovery testing programs, and resilience validation activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of recovery architecture including cloud services, infrastructure platforms, identity systems, backup technologies, networking, and critical enterprise applications, with working knowledge of RTO, RPO, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and technology dependency mapping.

  • Experience supporting audit activities and regulatory compliance initiatives involving resilience and recovery controls, including ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), TISAX, SOX, and other applicable resilience requirements.

  • Experience leading cross-functional recovery testing, crisis management, or resilience initiatives within large global organizations, including manufacturing, critical infrastructure, cloud environments, or highly regulated enterprises.

  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, program health metrics, and board-level reporting, with proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across complex organizations.

  • Working knowledge of cyber resilience strategies including ransomware preparedness, immutable backups, Active Directory recovery, and restoration planning; familiarity with Fusion Risk Management, ServiceNow, Archer, Workiva, Everbridge, or similar platforms; professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, CRISC, CGRC, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent strongly preferred.
