JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Leadership Associate (ELA) Executive Rotational Program is a high-potential leadership development role designed to build a pipeline of future enterprise leaders. This program is intended for professionals with established careers who are seeking a new career within Premium Finance and potentially their next leadership opportunity.
The ELA participates in a structured rotational program across sales, operations, underwriting, finance, and leadership functions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the companys business model, financial performance, and operational priorities. Working closely with senior leadership, the ELA supports strategic initiatives, analyzes business performance, and contributes to enterprise-wide decision-making.
This role provides significant exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional operations and is designed to prepare participants for future leadership positions. Upon successful completion of the program, the Enterprise Leadership Associate is expected to transition into an Associate Sales or Operations Manager role or a comparable leadership position aligned with business needs.

7+ years of professional experience

Professional & Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated leadership potential, including prior management experience or equivalent leadership responsibility

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to enterprise-level decision-making
Willingness to travel and relocate based on program structure and business needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
Financial services, insurance, or service-based industry experience preferred
