Wipro's SAP Practice is looking for an SAP Practice Head (Enterprise Asset Management) based in the USA.
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Growing the SAP consulting/ services business in the SAP Enterprise Asset Management space and adjacencies. Will be measured on revenue growth of the portfolio.
• Proactively engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges into IT enablement solutions
• Formulating solutions to meet the unique business needs of clients and effectively position the same
• Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
• Work effectively with offshore based pre-sales team in shaping the value proposition, consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations
• Lead generation working with alliances, marketing and through professional network
• Communicating best practices to the client and acting like a trusted advisor
To be an SAP Practice Head (EAM) the candidate will need to have:
• A minimum of 20 years' experience in the consulting or professional services industry around the SAP technology. Exposure to the latest SAP suite of products - S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, Platform Migrations, Modernization concepts, AMS is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to Asset heavy Industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining and Process Manufacturing
• Understanding of Geo Spatial Technology/ Integration is highly desirable
• Strong technical/ functional skills
• Experience in managing customer relationships and leading these relationships to multi-million-dollar engagements
• Candidates with a professional customer network will have a preference.
• Exposure to a global delivery model
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a matrix organization

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
