Salary: $130K - $150K Base + 25% Bonus


Job Description


We are seeking a Project Development Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software projects while managing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a strong technical leader with a software development background who can oversee project execution, collaborate with Product Managers, and remain hands-on by contributing to coding approximately 10-15% of the time.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead multiple software development projects from planning through deployment.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, hire, and develop software engineering teams.

  • Stay technically engaged by contributing to coding and technical design.

  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and release management.

  • Ensure delivery of scalable, high-availability enterprise applications.


Required Skills



  • 7+ years of Software Development experience.

  • 2+ years managing software engineering teams.

  • Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Enterprise Applications.

  • Experience with AWS or other Cloud platforms.

  • Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Multi-tier Architecture.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
