Position Overview: As the Marketing and Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting our childcare center to prospective families and driving enrollment growth. Utilize marketing strategies to develop and implement approaches that effectively showcase our center's unique offerings and attract new families. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service to families, and ensuring a smooth transition for children joining our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase visibility and generate leads for the childcare center.
  • Work with marketing team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and social media posts.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Organize and host open houses, tours, and other promotional events to showcase the center to prospective families.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and referral sources to drive referrals and partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective families, providing information about our programs, curriculum, and enrollment process.
