Job description

At Oasis Day Camps, we believe in the power of community—and we're looking for someone who can share that vision with potential and returning camper families at our day camps business. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in engaging families and guiding them through the entire journey, from initial inquiry to becoming part of the camp experience.

Your Work:

Sales & Relationship Building:
You’ll be the first point of contact for new families considering Oasis for their children’s summer experience. With your sales mindset, you’ll identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with prospective families, ensuring that they feel supported, excited, and informed throughout the enrollment process. You will maintain existing parent relationships to ensure we increase our retention rate.

CRM & Registration Management:
You’ll manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system and registration platform, keeping track of leads, communications, and enrollments. Your efforts will ensure smooth marketing, sales, and engagement efforts to meet our growth goals while delivering personalized experiences for each family.

Community Engagement & Retention:
Oasis is more than a summer camp; it’s a year-round community. You'll help build and maintain a strong, engaged network of camper families both virtually and in person. Your role will include creating touchpoints throughout the year to keep families excited and involved, ensuring they stay connected and invested in our community long after the summer ends.

Parent Liaison & Customer Care:
As the face of Oasis, you’ll be a trusted resource for parents—answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance before, during, and after the summer camp experience. Your goal will be to create lasting relationships, ensuring that every family feels heard, valued, and excited about returning year after year.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Sales Drive & Enthusiasm: You’re comfortable with a sales process and know how to engage potential clients while maintaining a consultative, relationship-building approach.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can explain our camp’s benefits with clarity and enthusiasm, adapting your approach to each family’s needs.
  • Organization & Tech-Savvy: You’ll manage CRM systems and be comfortable with digital tools to track and engage leads effectively.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Camp Directors to ensure every family is supported throughout the entirety of their camp experience.
  • Community-Oriented: You’re passionate about creating connections and building long-term relationships with families, ensuring they feel part of something special.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: You genuinely care about creating positive experiences for our families and are driven to help them thrive.

Why our camp?

  • Be part of a fun, passionate, and friendly team that believes in the power of camp.
  • Opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of families and children.
  • A supportive, growth-focused environment that encourages learning and development.

If you love building relationships, have a passion for sales, and want to be part of a close-knit, vibrant community, we’d love to hear from you!
