Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment Analyst Location: Mclean, VA ( Remote ) Summary: To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as HR Help Center. Responsibilities:
  • HR Help Center: Process associate's concerns, inquiries, and requests relating to Benefits enrollment: Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within 24 hours following quality standards of Local Work Instructions and HR Operations' Official Playbook; Redirects and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution.
  • Acts as front-facing HR resource to associates for other HR admin requirements.
