Position Summary: 


The Quality Manager's role is the promotion of quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.  The Quality Manager is expected to develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to ensure ENI's quality systems and policies are in compliance with customer, AS9100, and company requirements.  The Quality Manager will be required to effectively interact with the Operations and Engineering teams to maintain product supply. 

Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation. (AS9100 D)

Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements or for external suppliers.

Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.

Supervision of the inspection department.

Writing technical and management systems reports.

Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.

Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.

Setting QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.

Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.

Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.

Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.

Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.

Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.

Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.

Requirements

Formal Education and Experience Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in an applied science or engineering field 

5 years prior experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing.


Skills and Abilities:


Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SyteLine experience preferred.

Strong management skills and ability to motivate individuals

Strong analytical skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong Math skills

Problem Solving skills

Blueprint reading

Knowledge of GD&T

Ability to work in a team environment and independently
