Job description


A leading international financial institution is seeking a Sales Assistant to support its Asian Equity Sales team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to the sales team, including market news updates and translation of company financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow, etc.), analyst models, and research materials between English and Japanese
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with institutional investor clients
  • Communicate daily with clients, senior management, and internal departments
  • Provide administrative support such as calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing client reports and presentations, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining client contact lists
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries and requests

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Translation experience (English ↔ Japanese) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
