What are some common challenges someone may face when working as an English Language Instructor, and how can they overcome them?

One common challenge English Language Instructors face is managing classrooms with varying skill levels among students. To address this, instructors often differentiate instruction by using a mix of group activities, individual tasks, and tailored materials. Another challenge is keeping students engaged, especially when covering complex grammar topics—using interactive and culturally relevant content can help maintain interest. Additionally, collaborating with other teachers and participating in professional development workshops can provide fresh ideas and support for overcoming these challenges.
