TASE Global (Trusted Aerospace and Engineering) is a precision manufacturing company supporting aerospace and advanced industrial markets worldwide. We are committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to join our team and support daily operations while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

Position Summary

The Engineering Manager leads Product Engineering at TASE Global, translating program requirements into executable engineering plans. This role drives the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, competitive, and compliant with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and allocate engineering resources to meet cost, schedule, and production requirements
  • Direct product design, development, and engineering change control activities
  • Ensure designs comply with AS9100, quality system requirements, and manufacturing best practices
  • Coordinate engineers, drafters, and application engineers across assigned programs
  • Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing
  • Support vendor qualification and technical issue resolution
  • Oversee project schedules and risk mitigation efforts
  • Perform or direct engineering calculations and technical analysis
  • Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support product liability defense activities as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in an industrial or aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with structural aluminum design
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 and controlled design environments
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
