- Responsible for development and innovation in electrical design, programming, and digitization of automated, robotic, and information systems
- Lead process improvement in terms of material utilization, safety, and cost
- Own and build Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human to Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
- Lead manufacturing lines and machine controls
- Strong Leadership skills and have led teams
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
