Description
CPH is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nation's Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine.
CPH has an opening in our Jacksonville, Florida office location for the following position:
Part time Civil/Environmental Engineering Student. This is a permanent part-time position, not a seasonal internship.
CPH is seeking a career-oriented candidate to assist in the coordination and production of Construction projects using AutoCAD and other modeling software.
Responsibilities/Duties Include:
  • Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Drafting and Preparation of construction documents including plans, details and exhibits.
  • Coordination with other project team members, company departments.
  • Management of time and workload to stay on schedule.
  • Assisting staff engineers with design, modeling and permitting efforts.
  • Other duties, including administrative, as deemed necessary by project supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Presently enrolled in civil engineering studies of bachelor's level program
  • Completion of relevant coursework in civil engineering is highly desired
  • Working knowledge of relevant software tools such as AutoCAD desired
