Program Overview

The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray. This program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.

You'll rotate through four key business functions:

  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Technical Product Development
  • Product Management
  • Sales Execution

Each rotation offers hands-on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems preferred)
  • Based in the greater Houston, TX area (or willing to relocate) for the duration of the program
  • Open to U.S. relocation post-program
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for engineering excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel during rotations
