Essential Duties: 

The Finance Rotational Program is a fasttracked development opportunity for recent finance graduates designed to build strong commercial, analytical, and strategic capability through handson exposure to TETRA’s corporate finance functions. Participants will be based primarily in the Corporate Office in Spring, TX, rotating through key areas while shadowing senior leaders and critical stakeholders across the organization.

  • Gain foundational understanding of TETRA’s financial structure, business segments, and operating model
  • Support corporate finance activities through handson analysis, reporting, and project work
  • Participate in shortduration rotations across core corporate finance and strategy functions, including but not limited to FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Commercial Finance, and Strategic Initiatives
  • Shadow senior leaders to understand executive decisionmaking, financial prioritization, and business tradeoffs
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to understand how financial decisions support business execution

 

Rotational Assignments:

Participants will rotate through select corporate teams, with responsibilities that may include:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Assist with budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare summaries for leadership review
  • Support monthly and quarterly management reporting

Accounting & Corporate Finance

  • Gain exposure to monthend close, financial statements, and internal controls
  • Assist with reconciliations, journal entry support, and financial documentation
  • Support audit preparation and compliance activities

Strategic Projects

  • Complete multiple projectbased assignments focused on:
    • Improving financial processes or reporting
    • Identifying cost efficiencies or performance opportunities
    • Supporting strategic planning or business initiatives
  • Develop findings and recommendations in executiveready presentation format
  • Present project outcomes and key learnings to Finance Leadership and Program Sponsors
  • Meet regularly with Program Leadership and assigned mentors to track progress and development

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Ability to write clearly about highly technical subject matter
    • Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple perspectives
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • High attention to detail with a desire for excellence
    • Ability to speak and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization
    • Strong knowledge of computer usage and ability to utilize Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and effectively email reports daily as required
  • OTHER:
    • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
    • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
