An Engineering Rotational Program is a structured, entry-level program designed to provide new engineers with exposure to multiple teams, projects, or disciplines within a company. Participants rotate through different assignments over a set period, typically 12-36 months, gaining diverse technical experience and business knowledge. The program helps develop well-rounded engineers with a broad skill set, networking opportunities, and a deeper understanding of the organization.
