The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sr Director, Engineering Program Management to lead all aspects of and ensure delivery of the full portfolio of projects and programsfor AdobeUnified Platform! Furthermore, youserve as a strategic advisor and thoughtpartnerto the leadership team - framing decisions, shaping priorities while driving alignment across multiple teams.

In this leadership role, you will deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements,identifyrisks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will also manage the health of the overall portfolio and propose tradeoffs related to resources, sequencing, and prioritization.

You'reequally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Design, Engineering, and business partners to develop and execute against Adobe'sUnified Platformstrategies

  • Manage all aspects of technical projects and programs, including defining and prioritization, mobilizing cross functional teams, project execution tracking of milestones and schedules, resource planning and management, risks/issues remediation, project reporting, and budget management

  • Utilize technical judgment and program managementexpertiseto deliver impactful business and customer outcomes

  • Lead the organization to streamline processes,simplifyand accelerate execution, manageobjectivesand key results (OKRs), release on time, and bring tooling efficiencies

  • Effectively engage with people at all levels: from front-line team members to VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives, communicating continuously to partners throughout the organization

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in technical product/program management experience leading all aspects of a large scale B2C/B2B portfolio

  • Experience running large-scale company-wide initiatives requiring collaboration across a broad set of partners and participants. Adept at working well across organizations and forming relationships with a globally diverse workforce

  • Solid knowledge of Scrum, agile, portfolio management, resource management, business process management, and budget management

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an "always on" cloud/services-based organization; driving resiliency and optimizations to ensure a positive customer experience every time.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $199,800 -- $388,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $249,700 - $388,150

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
