Become a Key Player as an Engineering Program Manager

You will lead release readiness and engineering operations to ensure reliable delivery of product capabilities and drive improvements in process and execution. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, quality, and product teams to remove blockers and improve velocity. This is a Hybrid role โ€” 3 days onsite Tuesday through Thursday, working with globally distributed teams.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Manage end-to-end release readiness: plan releases, track execution, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality Engineering to ensure successful testing, validation, bug management, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies.
  • Facilitate decision-making across distributed teams, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to increase team effectiveness and execution velocity.
  • Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, delivery, and post-release reviews.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles.
  • Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering operations.
  • Proven experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.
