Description
The Customer Systems Contact Center Product Engineering team is responsible for developing CRM solutions for various contact centers within the company. As an Engineering project manager in this team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative solutions to life, enabling Apple to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communicator - verbal and written and excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus.
Sharp analytical mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
3 + years of experience in technical program or project management
2 years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain
2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI Programs
Familiarity using latest AI tools and models for task and report automation
Strong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams
Able to facilitate and influence architecture and design discussions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
