Job Title: Eng Supp Spec 2 - Engineering Operations Specialist

Location: Vancouver, WA

Client:  American federal agency

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $40/hr on w2

Number of Days Onsite: 5 days per Week

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix):

•                     High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

•                     Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Technical Writing or directly related technical field is preferred.

•                     5+ years of directly related experience is required.

•                     Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of engineering operations and progressively more technical in nature. Individual must be capable of applying a diversified knowledge of principles and practices in assigned technical areas. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.

•                     Must possess broad knowledge of engineering operations policies and procedures involving material and equipment inventory and control.

 

Required Technical Skills & Experience  (required on matrix):

·       Experience in a technical environment reading and interpreting technical information.

·       Experience with processes, automated records and data systems for acquisitions, accountability, control and disposal of facilities, equipment, materials, supplies, and other resources.

·       Basic knowledge of Parts cataloging

·       Ability to analyze and effectively review large volumes of essential technical data.
