What are your contributions to the team?

The role is responsible for leading the engineering design, integration, and certification of aircraft modification packages for in-service aircraft.This position provides technical and people leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into executable engineering solutions that meet technical, schedule, cost, and governance expectations.

  • Lead the engineering design and integration of aircraft modification packages for in-service aircraft, from customer request through certification.
  • Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery against technical, schedule, and cost commitments.
  • Drive execution in dynamic and uncertain environments while maintaining engineering discipline, governance, and adaptability.
  • Identify technical, schedule, and business risks and opportunities, and proactively implement mitigation, recovery, and improvement plans.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across working teams.
  • Foster strong communication across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders, customers, and business objectives.
How to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; aerospace specialization is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working on multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aerospace industry.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
  • Broad knowledge of aircraft cabin interiors, cabin systems, and related engineering integration activities.
  • Knowledge of applicable design tools and experience supporting multidisciplinary design activities.
