Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. Your goal is to ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain strict safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.
  • Communication: Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Financial Management: Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.
  • Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.
