DGR Engineering's Civil Engineering and Surveying departments specialize in the design of roadways, subdivisions, airports, municipal utility distribution and collection lines, athletic & recreational facilities, and other related municipal, private and industrial civil engineering and surveying services.
We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager experienced in the design and management of transportation and site development related projects.

  • Experience as a Project Manager including direct management of a project team and responsibility for meeting client expectations
  • Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate and coordinate wit peers, clients and regulators
  • Computer skills with experience in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and aptitude
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • PE License required

Specific responsibilities and duties this position may include:

  • Leading the project design and permitting efforts from project start to finish
  • Engaging in or overseeing the preparation of project cost estimates
  • Assisting in project scoping, contract development and project management
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team atmosphere to accomplish project goals
