Position Summary...This role manages civil engineering and site development components of assigned projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while supporting multiple internal teams throughout a project's lifecycle.What you'll do...This role independently manages a high volume of technical and planning initiatives through external consultants to ensure design standards, schedules, and budgets align with internal project deliverables. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules to support varying deliverables. Additionally, this role executes consultant contracts and obtains permitting approvals with various professionals, ensuring compliance with all administrative work related to contracts and invoicing.The role supports real estate programs, including purchase and sale agreements, property enhancements, land severance, and off-site improvements. It commissions and advises on due diligence to mitigate risk, establish detailed cost estimates, and develop approval schedules supporting the financial business model. Collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and vendors is essential to resolve issues related to site development and civil engineering processes.This role attends internal and external meetings, including consultant meetings, permitting presentations, site meetings, and landlord discussions. Participation in property assessment trips may also be required. Coordination of the issuance and release of Letters of Credit through collaboration with consultants and municipalities is crucial. The role supports facilities maintenance initiatives related to property emergencies and infrastructure failures, preparing and maintaining schedules for capital project funding and managing all professional disciplines assigned to projects.
