Shift Information:

  • Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!
  • Pay range starts at $25-30+/hr!
  • 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
  • Position is primarily responsible for performing laboratory testing, operating engineering test equipment, and collecting, analyzing, and documenting test data to support product development and validation activities.
  • Position will also be responsible for setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing laboratory equipment and test stands while supporting laboratory procedures, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Position will be in charge of developing test plans, preparing engineering reports, supporting vibration and materials testing, coordinating testing activities, communicating results with engineering teams, and managing testing workloads independently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, vibration, or product testing laboratory is required!
  • Experience setting up, operating, troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory test equipment and test stands is required!
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience assembling fixtures, installing equipment, troubleshooting hardware, and supporting product testing is required!
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple testing assignments independently is required!
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and reporting laboratory test data is required!
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred!
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is preferred!
