This includes handling drawings, specifications, manuals, and other critical documentation to ensure they are up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Document controllers often use document management systems to track revisions, approvals, and distribution, helping teams collaborate efficiently and avoid costly errors. Proper document control is essential for quality assurance, legal compliance, and successful project delivery.
