Job description

Clayton Services is searching for an Engineering Administrator/Document Control Specialist to join a growing manufacturing company in Southwest Houston. The Engineering Administrator will support engineering operations by maintaining technical documentation, coordinating workflow activities, and ensuring accurate engineering records and data management.


Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Engineering Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain engineering documentation and technical records
  • Coordinate document revisions and change management activities
  • Support engineering teams with project administration and workflow coordination
  • Update and maintain product information, documentation, and technical data within company systems
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist with engineering reporting and record management
  • Communicate project updates across multiple departments
