We are growing and looking for a Blister Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with operations to keep production running smoothly.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real responsibility and visibility across engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations teams. You'll play a key part in supporting blister packaging projects, optimizing performance, and helping ensure we meet customer and regulatory expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support blister packaging projects from planning through execution
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, and validation activities
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and improve performance
  • Coordinate multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Support regulatory compliance and documentation requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience working with blister packaging equipment (such as Uhlmann, Pharmworks, Blipack, or similar)
  • Engineering degree or relevant technical experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
