Job description

Are you passionate about leading high-performing engineering teams that build the core client and relationship management experiences for modern investment managers? Are you a problem-solver with a passion for delivering intuitive, data-rich tools that help firms deeply understand and serve their clients at scale?  Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can grow people and products, leveraging AI-native processes and cloud tools to deliver reliable, elegant systems?

As a Senior Engineering Manager, Client Management at Ridgeline, you'll lead a team building the core systems that power how investment managers onboard clients, model complex relationships, and deliver a unified 360 view across Client Management and adjacent products. You'll guide architecture, operational excellence, and engineering practices in a modern AI-native environment leveraging tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT, to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation so your teams can move faster while increasing quality and consistency across the platform.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions, not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If the Ridgeline Way excites you, we'd love to meet you.

  • Champion  AI processes using tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Glean to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation, and to extend AI-native product capabilities.
  • Raise the bar on reliability, performance, data quality, observability, and security for systems that sit at the front door of the Ridgeline platform
  • Establish and evolve engineering practices for Client Management, including SDLC, test automation, release management, and on-call/triage processes
  • Collaborate closely with downstream teams to keep shared models, APIs, and workflows aligned

  • Build and nurture a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team culture grounded in transparency, psychological safety, and shared success

  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced  environment with the desire to forge a path when requirements may be dynamic and evolving
