Job description

What you'll do:
Position Name: Work Instruction and Engineering Translator Co-op.
Position Overview:
Eaton B-Line is seeking a Co-op to translate work instructions or technical documents from English to Spanish.
The Work Instruction and Engineering Translator will gain experience in:
• Different manufacturing processes.
• Handle communication and interact at different levels of the organization.
• Learn the culture and business model of a company with operations worldwide.
• Experience the challenges of a manufacturing facility.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering from an accredited institution. Candidates who have already graduated will not be considered.
• Must be fluent in Spanish with a technical vocabulary.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (please don't round).
• Must be entering Junior year or higher.
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and picture formatting/editing.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
• No relocation is offered for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Reno, NV site.
