Job description

The group you'll be a part of
The Sabre Mechanical Engineering team for the WETS Product Group
The impact you'll make
Primary responsibility is Mechanical Engineering management for the Sabre Electrofill product. This is a product with a long history of success in the marketplace with a great team of dedicated people. The manager will be responsible for direct supervision of a team of Mechanical Engineers engaged in a wide variety of responsibilities including PDR program engineering, CIP development, design changes tied to customer requests (NSRs), escalations and failure analysis, and direct engineering support for various organizations including manufacturing, suppliers, and the field. The manager will be required to interface with many other teams including controls and software engineering, Global Product Support (GPS), product management, process engineering, and supply chain.
Who we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of direct supervisory experience. Significant experience leading and directing teams, without a direct supervisory role, will also be considered.
Preferred qualifications
5 years experience managing a Mechanical Engineering team responsible for semiconductor equipment development and support.
