Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical QA/QC Engineer / Manager for quality management for data center and mission-critical MEP construction in the Phoenix, AZ market.


Pay: $190,000-$230,000/year, based on experience

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Full-time mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Support QA/QC planning, inspections, documentation, and field quality execution for mission-critical MEP work

- Review drawings, specifications, installation details, ITPs, checklists, and turnover documentation

- Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and project management on quality issues

- Track deficiencies, corrective actions, punch-list items, and readiness for commissioning or turnover milestones

- Help maintain code-compliant, specification-compliant, safe, and professional field standards


Requirements:

- Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure QA/QC experience

- Quality engineer, QA/QC manager, commissioning, field engineering, superintendent, or technical inspection background

- Ability to read drawings/specs and evaluate electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or MEP installations

- Strong documentation, communication, follow-up, and issue-resolution skills

- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, commissioning/turnover processes, ITPs, checklists, and punch-list workflows preferred

- Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ market and complete any site onboarding requirements

- Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
