This position supports highly engineered products serving defense, aerospace, naval, and industrial markets. The organization is open to hiring at either the Product Engineer or Product Engineering Manager level based on a candidate’s technical expertise, leadership experience, and overall qualifications. This role will support products throughout the full product lifecycle—from product introduction and manufacturing readiness through production support, validation, customer delivery, and continuous product improvement. Candidates with experience supporting complex engineered products, rotating equipment, turbines, aerospace systems, or defense-related products are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The pay range is $99,000 - $174,000 depending on experience and level. Depending on experience and level, this individual may serve as a technical contributor, team leader, or manager responsible for product engineering strategy and execution.
