As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of an integrated government team where you will support U.S. Army programs. Position Type: Full-time, Onsite Essential Job Functions
Project Support: Support hardware systems engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers and the Government Engineering lead. Systems Engineering Core: Assist with requirements analysis, functional analysis, design solution formulation, system control, and systems architecture documentation. Requirements Translation: Apply systems engineering principles to translate operational needs and mission requirements into system performance parameters, practical concepts, and specifications. Process & Milestone Development: Assist in formulating systems engineering documentation, processes, procedures, and project milestones. Lifecycle Technical Support: Support product design, development, system integration, testing, installation, and technical troubleshooting. Documentation Management: Assist in developing and maintaining thorough technical documentation across program lifecycles. Team Collaboration: Active participant in design reviews and cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Test & Evaluation: Review test plans, procedures, and reports for technical adequacy while evaluating system performance against specification requirements. Required Skills
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer requirements. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related Science field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Desired Skills
Domain Experience: Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn and apply Systems Engineering Management Processes to U.S. Army aviation crew products.
